During the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 horror games in Kenya showed diverse performance trends across downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Granny experienced significant growth in weekly downloads, starting at 219 in late September and peaking at 969 by the end of December. The weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, growing from 1.7K to approximately 4K over the same period.

For Granny 3, weekly downloads increased from 202 at the end of September to 706 by the last week of December. The app's weekly active users also saw a rise, moving from 720 to about 1.8K during Q4.

Monster Craftsman Survivor 3D had a fluctuating download trend, starting at 569 in late September, dipping mid-quarter, and ending at 390 in the last week of December. Despite the fluctuations in downloads, the game maintained a strong base of weekly active users, staying around 20K throughout the quarter.
